Every Divitize organizer is designed by me, Eve — founder, fashion enthusiast, and former student turned entrepreneur. As someone who balances business, travel, and an active lifestyle, I understand how different people use their bags every day.
That’s why we’ve created customizable, handmade organizers that adapt to all lifestyles — whether you’re running errands, working, or traveling. With thoughtfully designed pockets and premium materials, Divitize offers smart, stylish, perfectly fitted protection tailored to your real needs.
Where are Divitize organizers made?
All Divitize organizers are handmade by three expert artisans who work exclusively for us. Production is supervised directly by our team and takes place in China using premium materials: technical nylon, soft velvet, premium felt, and silk.

Are your organizers customizable? Can I request a custom-made organizer?
Yes! All our organizers are handmade and fully customizable. You can choose the color, material type, pocket layout, or even request special designs.
Just email us at support@divitize.com or contact us here with your bag’s model and base measurements—we’ll take care of the rest at no additional cost.
Can I request a specific color or zipper style?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of colors and optional gold/silver/black zippers. Feel free to leave a note or contact us for special requests.
Can I request a bottle pocket or laptop compartment?
Sure! We offer custom pockets like bottle holders, zipped compartments, and even laptop sleeves. Just let us know your needs and we’ll design it for you.
What if I need an organizer with extra depth or a lower height?
No problem — we can adjust height, length, and depth based on your measurements. All organizers are made to order, so just contact us before or right after checkout!
Can I order the organizer without any pockets inside? I don't need them.
Of course. Just write "no pockets" in the notes at checkout or let us know here.
Do you offer gift notes or custom messages inside the package?
Yes, we can include a gift message. Please leave your note at checkout and we’ll process it accordingly.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check all product details before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
No matter where you are, we’ll make sure your order reaches you safely. All shipments come with tracking and are fully insured for peace of mind.
How long does it take to receive my order?
As our inserts are handmade-to-order, our production time is 48 hours. After that, standard shipping takes approximately 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive the tracking number via email.
You can monitor your parcel every step of the way and rest assured, we’re keeping an eye on it too!
Will I have to pay customs duties or additional fees upon delivery?
No.
No worries, all taxes and duties are included at checkout. What you see is what you pay. No hidden fees, no surprises.
My order is lost in transit, what can I do?
Don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or you believe your order may be lost, just reach out to our support team.
We’ll investigate it immediately and expedite a replacement for you at no additional cost.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If no one is home, the courier will usually leave a notice and attempt delivery again or drop it at a local pickup point. You'll be able to reschedule directly through the tracking page
Returns & Issues
Can I return my order?
Since all inserts are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your product has a manufacturing defect, please reach out. We always provide free replacements — no questions asked — or a full refund when the error is on our side.

What if I received the wrong item or my organizer doesn’t fit?
No worries at all — we’ve got you covered!
If you received the wrong item or the fit isn’t right, we’ll send you a free replacement. We’re here to make sure you’re 100% happy with your order.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us right away with photos of the issue.
We’ll review everything and will provide assistance accordingly.
Payment & Safety
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Is it safe to pay on Divitize.com?
Yes. We use encrypted SSL technology to secure all payment data. Your information is never stored or visible to us directly.
Can I request an invoice?
You can request an invoice at checkout by selecting the "Invoice request" option and entering your full billing information. Once the order is complete, we are unable to issue invoices retroactively.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes! Our store automatically adjusts to your local currency based on your location. If for any reason it doesn’t, you can still check out in your preferred currency and your bank will handle the conversion.
Do you offer payment plans or Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Klarna so you can split your purchase into interest-free installments. Just select Klarna at checkout and follow the steps — it’s fast, easy, and secure.
This gives you the freedom to shop now and pay over time, with no extra fees.
