Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Each order is processed individually and crafted on demand.
For this reason, once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
We do not offer changes to items (model, color, or size), partial cancellations, or modifications to customer details.

Can I return an item?

Divitize organizers are handcrafted and made to measure.
As personalized products, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For non-customized items such as straps, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please contact us. We will verify the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a free replacement.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed and credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider.

  • Note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Replacements for defective items

If you received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us.
We’re always here to help and, if the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly provide a free replacement.

Gifts

If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the returned item.

If the gift was first shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If your return qualifies for a refund, the original shipping fee (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

For items over €75, we recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
