Why buy a Divitize organizer?

Bags, especially designer ones, are a real investment. That's why it's essential to take care of them: it would be a great shame to let them get ruined and eventually have to buy them again.

With Divitize, your bag will look new for much longer, because yes, some bags are meant to last longer than others: it all depends on how you take care of them.

I can't find the right organizer for my bag, what can I do?

Don't worry! All our organizers are handmade, so we can customize them. You can choose the color and thickness of the felt used, according to your tastes and specific needs. Do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@divitize.com and tell us the measurements of your bag model, we will create a custom product, just for you.

How long will I have to wait before receiving my order?

All organizers are handmade and are created after receiving the order. The processing times are 48/72h.

Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days.

For cash on delivery payments, the estimated delivery time is 10-15 working days.

Upon delivery, it is not possible to refuse to pay for a parcel ordered by cash on delivery. Should this unpleasant situation occur, any refusal is to be considered illegitimate and the recipient who does not accept the delivery may be sued for breach of contract . 

Unfortunately, this is the only measure we can refer to to protect ourselves and, at the same time, continue to offer you this service.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Divitize.com?

At divitize.com we use a secure payment system to keep the information you provide during the transaction confidential. When you submit an order and share your payment information, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect the information in transit. You can verify that your confidential information is encrypted during payment by looking at the URL displayed in the address field of your browser. With SSL, the URL begins with “https://” instead of “http://,” confirming that you are engaging in a secure transaction. We will never have access to your credit card number, nor will it ever be stored in our systems.

How do I request an invoice?

To request an invoice, during the ordering process, you must flag (confirm) the INVOICE REQUEST option and enter all the data required for invoicing.

If you did not enter the request during the order phase, it will no longer be possible to issue the electronic invoice.

Is it possible to cancel or modify an order?

Once processed, it is not possible to request cancellation of your order.

It is not possible to make changes to items (change of color or size or model), the partial elimination of items present in the order or changes to the master data of orders already concluded.

How can I find the product I'm looking for?

On our home page you can view the featured articles and offers.

If you are looking for a specific item, use the SEARCH tool at the top. Enter one or more terms related to what you are looking for and confirm by clicking the magnifying glass. A list of products related to the word you entered will appear.

Alternatively, you can browse freely within the online shop.

Where do the products come from?

All our organizers are handcrafted by skilled craftsmen, with the finest premium South Korean felt, durable, water-repellent, ultra-lightweight and eco-friendly (Certified with international compliance tests in the United States, Europe and Japan).

The country of origin of the products is the same, shipments are insured and reliable. At the moment, due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be small delays with shipments, for which Divitize is not responsible.

Divitize is committed and always works hard to guarantee you delivery within the established times.

When can I return an item?

All products made by us are custom made after receiving the order, therefore it is not possible to return or exchange them.

If your product has a defect, please contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem and, if necessary, send you a new one.
