Don't worry! All our organizers are handmade and can be customized.
You can choose the color and thickness of the felt according to your preferences and needs.

How long will I have to wait before receiving my order?
All organizers are handmade and are produced after receiving the order. Processing times are between 48 and 72 hours, necessary to guarantee a product with attention to detail and made to measure.
Standard shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
You will receive a notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Is it safe to use my credit card on Divitize.com?

How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice, you must select the " Request Invoice " option during the order phase and correctly enter all the data required for billing.
If the request is not made at the same time as the order, it will not be possible to subsequently issue the electronic invoice.
Is it possible to cancel or change an order?
Once processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
It is also not possible to make changes to the items ordered (such as changes to color, size or model), partially delete items from the cart or modify the personal data associated with an order already completed.

All of our organizers are handcrafted by three highly skilled artisans, who work exclusively for Divitize.
We use selected materials, including premium felt, technical nylon, velvet and silk,
chosen to ensure durability, lightness and respect for the environment.
Production is entirely located in China, under our direct supervision.
Shipments are entrusted to selected couriers and are always covered by insurance.
Divitize carefully follows every phase of production and delivery, to offer a reliable service that complies with the required standards.
Is it possible to return or exchange an item?
All Divitize products are custom made after receiving the order; for this reason there is no possibility of return or exchange.
In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us promptly.
We will verify the problem and, if confirmed, send you a new product at no additional cost.
